You need a residence permit and a special health insurance prescribed by the Ministry of the Interior. Please send a completed application (satisfies the first page) to the address of Uniqa Insurance Corp. and transfer the self-calculated premium in Euros in the SEPA*)<\/a> – System to the designated account of Uniqa. In other currencies, the transfer is more expensive; please transfer the funds to my trust account (s. sec. 3.), please marked “free of charge for the beneficiary\u201d and I manage the money in processable form on to Uniqa.<\/p>\n The insurance certificate is issued by Uniqa and sent to the specified e-mail address.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Please send a completed application (satisfies the first page) to the address of Uniqa insurance.
